Program Description:

Boise State University 

Boise State

The fresh, powder snow of Bogus Basin ski area sparkles just 16 miles from city center, while golfers play the greens below in the valley.

Boise offers a quality of life rated as one of the best in the U.S., with scenic natural wonders, cultural diversity, and a progressive western attitude. Boise boasts over 1600 acres of parks linked by a 14-mile long "Green Belt" popular with bicyclists and joggers. The Boise River runs through the city, providing many recreational opportunities. 

Founded in 1932, Boise State enrolls approximately 19,993 students who live both on and off campus. 

Campus Location

The campus is located near the center of Boise, allowing students easy access to the resources and recreation the city has to offer. Boise State hosts one of the west's top colleges of business, and biology and geology departments that use the outdoors as their classroom. Boise State also offers nationally accredited programs in health, business and education.
