The University of Oregon was founded over 125 years ago. Its students have access to a broad curriculum and internationally-recognized researchers and scholars. Architecture, biological sciences, economics, psychology, journalism, business, and music programs are highly ranked. The 295-acre campus is large enough for students to experience a comprehensive research university yet small enough to foster personal interaction with the faculty. The UO provides a rich and unique environment for discovery.

The UO is located in unique Eugene, the second largest city in Oregon. Home to 350,000 residents, 100 city parks, and 250 miles of bicycle trails, rock walls, and gardens, Eugene caters to the outdoor lifestyle. The area surrounding the city includes lakes, breathtaking waterfalls and streams, glacial peaks with world-class skiing, lava fields, hot springs, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. A mild climate year-round creates excellent opportunities for camping, boating, and skiing.Campus Location
