University of South CarolinaUniversity of South Carolina - Columbia

The University of South Carolina is home to more than 200 years of history and tradition, rising from a single building in 1805 on what would become the heart of the campus, the Horseshoe. USC-Columbia campus has 324 degree programs through its 14 degree-granting colleges and schools. There is never a dull moment at Carolina: sporting events cheering on the Gamecocks in football during the fall or 2010 National Champions in baseball in the spring, playing on the Congaree river, participating in a student group or undergraduate research. Located in the state capital, Columbia, USC is a short drive to both the mountains or the beach! USC has been ranked number one in international business for undergraduates for 13 years and is consistently recognized on the President's Honor Roll for community service!

Campus Location

Located in Columbia, SC and is only an 1.5 hours to the beach and two hours to the mountains. The campus is across the street from the state house and is a fun city to explore. www.columbiacvb.com.

Helpful Information

The NSE program at USC is more likely to accept students who want to exchange for the full academic year and live on campus. Following that, they prefer fall-only over spring-only exchanges.

Please recognize that is very, VERY, difficult to get business or international business classes, exercise science, or mass communications courses and impossible to get nursing classes.
